# DeleteAsset

> Delete a single asset.

Requests must be signed with HMAC-SHA256. See [Authentication and conventions](https://docs-vip.apigo.ai/en/api-reference/endpoints/seedance/asset-overview.md#authentication).

Deleting an asset does not delete its group. Querying, updating or deleting the asset again returns `404 NotFound`.

## Request parameters

**Id** `string` *required*

Asset ID.

**ProjectName** `string`

Pass `default` or omit.

## Response parameters

On success, HTTP 200 with an empty `Result` object.
